This model is at heart of the solution, linking data with real-life objects, systems and process. In the industrial automation, each device produces series of data from different parameters and different sensors, called tags.

E.g. a single ESP could produce data with a bunch of tags like temperatures, pressures, amperage, etc. Object model adds a meaning to this data and links it to the specific ESP at the specific well.

Integrated Oilfield Model is a very complex system. Oilfield operators use a whole bunch of models to ensure efficient development and production. To name some, a geological model, a geomechanical model, reservoir models, a pipeline infrastructure model, etc.

But in the recent years it became obvious to the industry leaders that only integrated approach to the oilfield modeling allows to test and validate different scenarios and conduct 'what-if' analysis and to perform optimal planning across all departments and service providers involved into the hydrocarbons extraction process. But in some cases, first principle models have way too high computing resources demands to be recalculated often enough to allow short-term optimization and decision making. And here Zyfra approach which combines first principles and Deep Learning models comes into play. It allows to approximate modeling of an accurate but slow first principles model with fast Deep Learning-based model.

Zyfra Integrated Oilfield Model relies on in-house models for some parts of the environment and on industry-standard modeling packages for other parts and seamlessly integrates them to provide end-to-end modeling capabilities.

Artificial Lift
Electrical submersible pump (ESP) unit developed by ZYFRA is designed to enhance the upstream oil extraction efficiency. The solution's efficiency is found as a result of operational decisions, - an increase in the oil production rate of each oil well by 1.5%. This allows increase extraction productivity excluding any additional capital investments.

ESP unit is equipped with artificial intelligence in order to give certain recommendations basing on historic Big Data analysis.

Software unit recommends such a mode of operation of the well, which provides the maximum oil flow rate for a certain period of time and provides a stable mode of operation for the same period. The solution is designed to maximize the flow rate of each well. The solution analyzes the current frequency, gauged oil flow rate, periods of intermittent mode of pump operation and other operating parameters.

Dashboards and other analysis instruments are also provided including current and planned mode, operation parameters visualization etc.
